SEVAM Strengthens Its Quality Control

In its quest for excellence, SEVAM acquires a high-tech equipment dedicated to quality control; “MCAL P inspection machine” which lead to a total control of the packaging process.

Aimed continually to satisfy its partners, SEVAM adopts this new process in order to offer an optimal detection of defects located on the body of the container, thanks to powerful tools intended to improve the production process of the packing glass.

Those are the three levels of control achieved:

- BODY INSPECTION (6 viewing angles): Inspection of all visual defects (Examples: Stones, Inclusions, Trapeze, Broths, Stained, Folds, Tears, Laps).

- STRESS INSPECTION (6 angles of view): Stress detection and annealing problems that generate tension in the glass

Stones and inclusions

Porcelain fragments

Silicon parts (up to 0.1 mm)

Annealing defects

- DIMPIX INSPECTION (6 viewing angles): Dimensional inspection of the container

3 verticals (Body, Total Verticality, Neck Verticality)

Up to 2 heights

Up to 6 diameters

Customers satisfaction is at the heart of all our concerns, the innovative approach and the pursuit of excellence, allow SEVAM to produce articles with the quality level required by the market. The adoption of MCAL P technology is an investment to provide our customers with products that meet their expectations in order to ensure a lasting partnership.
